As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
Acting as the “data arm” for our clients, you will leverage your analytical skills to extract insights from flight data and provide impactful recommendations. You will be a crucial member of the Sales and Marketing team, responsible for:
Customer Onboarding & Engagement
Guiding customers through onboarding, ensuring effective implementation of our data solutions
Driving product adoption by providing training and sharing best practices
Maintaining user guides and methodology documentation
Data Analysis
Assisting aviation clients in navigating our data platform and additional catalog features
Extracting and analyzing flight data to respond to customer requests with speed and accuracy
Creating compelling visualizations that answer complex questions instantly
Advocating for customer needs, relaying feedback to internal teams for product improvements
Account Management & Growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
Identifying expansion opportunities by proactively exploring business challenges our clients face
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications. However, don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement:
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Deep knowledge of aviation industry dynamics and/or climate tech
Proficiency in Python/SQL (from a data bootcamp or equivalent), with a willingness to apply these skills daily — this role goes beyond emails and presentations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Fluency in English, French is a plus
First interview (45 min) – Sales Manager

Second interview (30 min) – Tech team member
Product discussion and platform demo
