About the team

The Sales & Account Management team gathers straightforward, energetic, and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market.

They build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their online advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices

Your mission 

You will be in charge of an existing Publishers portfolio (with a revenue target), responsible for the growth and success of them as well as the renewal of contracts (on going business + if possible business development in the customer journey and in your owned portfolio)

Key day-to-day responsibilities

  • Own an account list of RTB and ad serving publishers.
  • Develop and present clients with Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term customer success: in charge of all the clients touchpoints, leading the right format with the right Smart expert (finance, quality, legal, demand, analytics, marketing, product , video expert) and with the support on a day to day of a Technical Account manager
  • Provide clients with strategic guidance on revenue and operational practices.
  • Use our Sales tools : Salesforce to report on client’s meetings, Tableau to get data analysis, Jira to create tickets towards other internal teams, Powerpoint to build client presentations
  • About you

  • Love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions.
  • An ability to manage high volume client requests in an effective way
  • Courageous, determined, and not afraid to fail.
  • Customer-centric and a solutions oriented
  • Adtech or Advertising knowledge ideally
  • French is mandatory for this position
