The Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive – Furniture Solutions to drive growth in the Netherlands.

You will own the full sales cycle locally, selling complex, project-based furniture solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You will also work closely with architects and design partners to convert leads and deliver high-value projects.

This is a market-owner role with strong autonomy, visibility, and impact.


Your Mission

Over the first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Secure first major Dutch clients

  • Build a consistent local sales pipeline

  • Adapt Enky’s sales approach to the Dutch market

  • Establish Enky as a reference furniture solutions provider


What You’ll Do

New Business Sales

  • Own the full sales cycle in the Netherlands

  • Sell furniture solutions to scale-ups, tech companies, and corporates

  • Manage multi-stakeholder, complex projects

  • Lead negotiations and deal closure

Partner-Led Deals

  • Collaborate with architects, design studios, and consultants

  • Co-sell with partners and convert partner-led leads

  • Act as commercial point of contact for partner-driven projects

Sales Rigor & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate CRM and forecasting

  • Prioritize opportunities by value and feasibility

  • Collaborate with Ops, Design, and Product teams

  • Provide market feedback to improve sales and offerings


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in project-based or solution sales

  • Proven record of closing complex deals

  • Experience selling in the Netherlands market or similar design-driven markets is a plus

Skills

  • Strong closing and negotiation skills

  • Structured, disciplined, and organized approach

  • Ability to handle long, complex sales cycles

  • Fluent in Dutch; professional English

Mindset

  • Results-driven and accountable

  • Autonomous and proactive

  • Collaborative and adaptable to client and operational needs
