🌿 About Enky
At Enky, we’re reinventing how furniture is sourced, designed, and produced — building a more sustainable and design-driven future.
After establishing our leadership in circular and 2nd-hand furniture, we’re now expanding into in-house product development and manufacturing, launching our own line of tables and chairs. By the end of 2025, we’ll have over €1M in production volume, setting the foundation for a European-scale brand.
To make this happen, we’re looking for a Product Development & Manufacturing Specialist to turn Enky’s design vision into high-quality, scalable furniture — from concept to finished product.
🚀 Your Role
As our Product Development & Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of Enky’s next growth phase. You’ll translate design ideas into manufactured reality, managing the full product development lifecycle: prototyping, supplier collaboration, cost optimization, and production launch.
You’ll work closely with our designers and manufacturing partners to ensure every product meets Enky’s standards of design, durability, and sustainability.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Develop Enky’s new furniture line (tables, chairs, and desks) — from initial design to mass production.
Collaborate with designers to turn creative concepts into manufacturable, cost-efficient products.
Select and manage European manufacturing partners for both new and 2nd-life production.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support scalability and profitability.
Oversee prototyping, quality control, and product testing.
Ensure compliance with Enky’s sustainability and durability standards.
Build the foundation for Enky’s in-house production capabilities in the mid-term.
🤝 Who You’ll Work With
Internal: Founders, Product Design, Operations, and Sales teams.
External: Manufacturers, suppliers, and production partners across Europe.
