After establishing our leadership in circular and 2nd-hand furniture, we’re now accelerating our new furniture line, investing €10–20M in sourcing and manufacturing for 2026. To make this happen, we’re looking for a Furniture Sourcing & Procurement Specialist who will secure the right suppliers, negotiate the best terms, and help turn Enky’s supply chain into a growth engine.

🚀 Your Role

As our Furniture Sourcing & Procurement Specialist, you’ll be at the center of Enky’s expansion, responsible for structuring, scaling, and optimizing our new furniture sourcing and production ecosystem across Europe.

You’ll combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability at scale.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Secure supplier and manufacturing agreements worth €1–3M by Q4 2025.

• Scale the sourcing & production pipeline for €10–20M in 2026.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support Enky’s growth economics.

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and sales to ensure product-market fit.

• Monitor product quality, longevity, and compliance with sustainability standards.

• Act as Enky’s representative in the supplier and production ecosystem.

🤝 Who You’ll Work With

• Internal: Founders, Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• External: Furniture manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners across Europe.

🧠 About You

Hard Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing or procurement, ideally in furniture or design-driven products.

• Proven success in supplier negotiation and production partnership management.

• Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures.

• Strong financial acumen: margin, cost, and budget management.

Soft Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

• Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and cultural sensitivity.

• Data-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Hands-on → you enjoy making things happen, not just planning them.

Languages

• Fluent English required.

• Italian and/or Nordic languages are a plus (for supplier network advantage).

📈 What Success Looks Like

• 1–3 months: Supplier pipeline mapped; first contracts in place.

• 3–6 months: €1–3M in secured supplier agreements for Q4 2025.

• 6–12 months: Ready-to-scale sourcing network for €10–20M in 2026.
