🌿 About Enky

At Enky, we’re reinventing how furniture is sourced, designed, and produced — building a more sustainable and design-driven future.

After establishing our leadership in circular and 2nd-hand furniture, we’re now expanding into in-house product development and manufacturing, launching our own line of tables and chairs. By the end of 2025, we’ll have over €1M in production volume, setting the foundation for a European-scale brand.

To make this happen, we’re looking for a Product Development & Manufacturing Specialist to turn Enky’s design vision into high-quality, scalable furniture — from concept to finished product.

🚀 Your Role

As our Product Development & Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of Enky’s next growth phase. You’ll translate design ideas into manufactured reality, managing the full product development lifecycle: prototyping, supplier collaboration, cost optimization, and production launch.

You’ll work closely with our designers and manufacturing partners to ensure every product meets Enky’s standards of design, durability, and sustainability.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Develop Enky’s new furniture line (tables, chairs, and desks) — from initial design to mass production.

  • Collaborate with designers to turn creative concepts into manufacturable, cost-efficient products.

  • Select and manage European manufacturing partners for both new and 2nd-life production.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support scalability and profitability.

  • Oversee prototyping, quality control, and product testing.

  • Ensure compliance with Enky’s sustainability and durability standards.

  • Build the foundation for Enky’s in-house production capabilities in the mid-term.

🤝 Who You’ll Work With

  • Internal: Founders, Product Design, Operations, and Sales teams.

  • External: Manufacturers, suppliers, and production partners across Europe.
