Job description

The job purpose is to lead processes re-engineering efforts, develop implementation plans, work with stakeholders and systems architects to drive process optimization in line with compliance guidelines.

You will develop, implement, and sustain IT solutions to business problems to improve business processes, develop systems and policies, improve user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Additionally you will be responsible for improving and implementing quality systems processes, including applications, documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and manage new measures to ensure compliance with Edwards quality standards with regards to Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
  • Determine new trainings/training program improvements.
  • In cooperation with the Associate Manager develop new Profession Education Training Programs for different stakeholders.
  • Secure the proper implementation of the Training Programs, including preparation of the training materials and proactive follow up.
  • Evaluate and validate functional business requirements against business needs. Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional design to meet requirements
  • Prepare training material and provide internal training as well as support the field personnel, train new colleagues on compliance aspects and supervise those colleague with regards to compliance tasks.
  • Support LATAM and MENA countries by providing guidance on various Professional Education (PE) compliance topics.
  • Manage autonomously and proactively process optimization across the organization.
  • Define and implement new PE organizational policies for THV business unit
  • Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Professional Education compliance processes.
  • Manage all IT/Salesforce.com aspects, system changes and new designs to increase compliance and simplicity of the system by cooperating with system developers
  • Project Management of all THV PE Corrective Action Points including stakeholders’ engagement and alignment.
  • Lead THV PE readiness for external and internal audits, represent PE during audits, address and resolve potential audit findings.
  • Provide support to users of Professional Education compliance systems, User Training, Compliance check etc. including troubleshooting system issues before escalating to the system owner.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum bachelor´s degree
  • Experience with creation, simplification and implementation of compliance processes
  • Fluent written and verbal English required
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, excel skills; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of industry practice (Compliance, Regulatory, Quality)
  • Understanding of the audit processes
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and goal-oriented with high level of energy
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous with enormous interest in process improvement
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure
  • Able to work independently without close supervision
