Job description

The Knowledge Manager will join a cross-department team responsible for establishing knowledge sharing governance, strategy and leading content creation.


Ensure everyone in the organization has access to the knowledge they need. 

Build and own the company knowledge management ecosystem, strategy and governance to accompany the scalable transformation of EcoVadis, through process, tooling, innovation and change strategies.


  • Co-develop the framework, strategy and governance for our knowledge ecosystem and maintain high-quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill levels and needs.

  • Articulate a clear and compelling vision of change, through a strong business case, encouraging innovative solutions and including operational, technological and financial analysis as well as resource implications. 

  • Build a robust roadmap for implementing knowledge management based on industry best practices, leveraging tooling and process advancements.

  • Work with stakeholders across the organization, (departments, trainers and subject matter experts) to develop, audit and maintain high-quality content.

  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning and quality that values agility and collaboration.

  • Deliver measurable operational efficiency gains and enhance organizational effectiveness to accelerate scalable and profitable growth.

  • Establish clear guidelines for what information is captured, and by whom, how it is shared, how it integrates with the rest of the tech stack, and how to keep it from growing stale.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of authors from each department.

  • Evaluate, revise and continuously improve the knowledge sharing framework workflow and procedures as the organization scales.

Preferred experience

  • 4-6+ years of experience in similar roles where operational excellence and knowledge sharing were key. 

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to mediate discussions between stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating strong business impact in fast-paced environments. 

  • Skilled at building knowledge management programs in the technology industry or within large, global organizations.

  • Proactive, self-motivated team player, with the capacity to keep several complex initiatives moving forward.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear and transparent communication is a key part of this role.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Nice to have: project & change management certifications (eg. Scrum/PMI).
