As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for driving EasyPicky’s commercial development within your territory (geographical area to be defined). Your role combines pure acquisition (around 80% of your time) and the development of existing accounts (mid-market / small high-potential accounts).
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and execute a commercial strategy for your target accounts
Manage the entire long sales cycle (up to 12 months): qualification, discovery, demos, business case, multi-stakeholder influence, closing
Identify and address the needs of your C-Level contacts (Sales Leadership, IT, Procurement, etc.)
Build and defend high-impact value propositions
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth handover after signing, and with the Customer Success Manager to support upsell & cross-sell
Actively contribute to improving the sales process and sharing best practices
What we’re looking for:
You have solid experience (minimum 8 years) in complex B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS/Tech space, and with long sales cycles (9–12 months)
You know how to manage several strategic opportunities simultaneously
You are fully bilingual in English, both written and spoken (C2 level required). English is either your native language, or you have spent several years working abroad with English as your daily working language
Results-driven, you thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments
You are comfortable with regular travel (France and Europe)
