As part of the deployment of EasyPicky solutions for international brands in mass distribution and other retail sectors, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations department.

In this role, your missions will include:

• Acting as the point of contact for our key account clients from the moment the contract is signed by the Sales team until project delivery.

• Planning and delivering the various stages of the project while ensuring internal and external communication throughout to meet delivery deadlines.

• Reporting risks and alerts regarding project progress to EasyPicky management and the client project team.

• Coordinating the interfacing of the application with client tools (e.g., CRM) and providing documentation when necessary (e.g., writing specifications).

• Ensuring the quality of incoming project data provided by the client.

• Ensuring the quality of client deliveries throughout the project.

• Supervising pre-test, test, and production phases.

• Ensuring compliance with the project budget.

• Linking client requests to what was contractualized and reporting discrepancies if necessary.

• Intervening occasionally during the pre-sales stage to evaluate technical feasibility and estimate associated resources, deadlines, and costs

What we are looking for :

• You have a first significant experience (min. 4 years) in Tech project management (ideally B2B SaaS solutions).

• You are passionate about client relations and enjoy persuading while building relationships of trust.

• You possess the ability to solve complex problems.

• You have strong analytical skills.

• Your English and French are fluent (both written and spoken), allowing you to manage projects with international stakeholders.
