Team Lead Data Engineer

Easyence product suite allows marketing teams to optimise their media investments, reconcile offline and online leverages, increase conversion rate, and increase their productivity.

Easyence is looking for a team leader, to work on building and deploying its data platform. Our goal is to create a platform that can process thousands of events per second.

In this role, you will lead a team of several engineers and :

• have an impact on technical decisions.
• build scalable and reliable solutions.
• work on Google Cloud Platform: GKE, Cloud.Run, Pub/Sub, etc…
• own all aspects of software engineering.
• participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• encourage and develop other team members.

We’ll expect you to:

• have good communication skills
• be wanting to drive projects from start to finish
• be able to understand requirements from blurred specifications
• grow the team up to 5 engineers
• grow your teammates

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of public cloud provider experience (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience leading a team in an Agile environment
• have a good experience with any backend languages (we mainly use Python)
• have a good knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structure, algorithms, software design)
• Docker / K8s / Helm experience
• Terraform / Terragrunt
