We’re looking for a third UX Researcher to join our growing Design Foundations team and help drive strategic programs by deeply understanding our users, their journeys, and the competitive landscape.
As an experienced UX Researcher, you'll be part of a global practice of 60+ design and experience practitioners across R&D labs in Austria, Poland, Spain, and the United States, and be embedded in the Design Foundations team, which is a part of our Strategic Product Communications (SPC) department.
Your role
- Lead and collaborate on end-to-end UX research studies that inform strategic experience direction.
- Translate insights into opportunities, hypotheses, and requirements that shape our product strategy.
- Partner closely with design teams, product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to embed research into decision-making.
- Apply a range of methodologies - interviews, competitive analysis, surveys, data synthesis - for generative, causal, and descriptive research.
- Share findings in compelling, actionable ways across diverse audiences.
What will help you succeed
Required
- Strong familiarity with UX design processes and product development lifecycles.
- Proven experience (5+ years) conducting UX research for software products
- Track record of succesfully employing qualitative research methods to affect product decisions and strategy
- High drive, adaptability, and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Comfortable leading workshops, presenting in English, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with B2B enterprise software and working in lean, agile environments.
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to connect with people from across the globe.
Optional
- Experience with quantitative methods, in particular working with and drawing insights from larger data sets.
- Experience advancing the research maturity within an organization.
- Experience coaching colleagues in different fields to conduct research.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
