We’re looking for a senior Full-Stack Engineer with AI focus to take the mentoring and leading role for junior software developer team. As part of our Early Career Programs, we offer young talents a start-up team where they can gain first works experience and grow into our company before they move into different teams. You will be the Senior Developer within this newly to be established team, responsible for implementing AI projects with the junior developers while guiding and mentoring them. As a Senior AI Software Developer, & Mentor you will:

· Guide and mentor a team of junior developers

· Work on developing internal AI-based application, AI productivity projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

· Resolve different kinds of software problems (including performance and security) by debugging, testing, and fixing

· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

What will help you succeed

· Keen mentor to junior developers and proactive knowledge sharer

· Experience in building up and leading a team

· Worked on AI-related/assisted projects

· Experience with LLM prompt engineering and integration of agentic AI technology

· Knowledge about coding assistant (for example Copilot), MCP, AWS Bedrock, or IDE plugin development is a plus

· Team player with a proactive approach

· Familiar with working in an agile environment

· Strong experience in developing software using TypeScript and/or Java

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
