We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

Freelance role - based in Paris, France - 3 to 4 days / week 

You will be working with the EMEA General Manager and taking active part in driving the Sales activity for the EMEA region, supporting the new Business activity (prospection/closing) & building strategic partnerships : 

  • Engage actively with B2B prospects in various sectors, negotiate and close deals to achieve Dolead's targets 
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and decision-making sessions with top prospects (Clevel)
  • Engage with call centers in Europe to expand market reach and enhance Dolead service capabilities
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with key players to ensure seamless integration and mutually beneficial collaborations

You will also be involved in coaching and driving the team into achieving challenging objectives accross Europe. 

Profile :

  • 8 years of successful experience and a proven track record of managing and leading sales discussions with top-tier clients, including a first experience in coaching / managing a sales team 
  • Experience in the Call center/outsourcing solutions or Lead Generation/Performance marketing sector is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities and navigate tough conversations to close deals.
  • Expertise in sales tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha) 
  • Fluent in both English & French (mandatory)
