Doctolib is looking for a Lead AI Recruiter to join our Tech Talent Acquisition Team in Paris or Berlin . You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious AI hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You’ll partner with our AI, Data, and Platform leaders to hire exceptional Engineering and AI talents as well as hire for the infrastructure roles that make AI reliable at scale. You will raise the bar on hiring strategy, process excellence, and candidate experience.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit top AI talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
  • Own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, debrief & closing
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent
  • Contribute to employer branding (events, talks, content) within AI communities
  • You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders
  • You will be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you have:

  • Have at least 7+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment
  • Proven success sourcing and closing senior/principal AI/ML and infra talent in competitive markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you craft compelling narratives and run crisp kick offs and de-briefs
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, while having a data-driven talent strategy to navigate ambiguity and drive confident hiring decisions
  • Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus

Now, it would be fantastic if you have:

  • Fluency in AI/ML hiring signals: publications, open-source impact, production ML experience, systems depth
  • Network across EU and US AI ecosystems; experience recruiting from labs, conferences, and open-source communities

  • Paris or Berlin (hybrid mode - 3 days in the office)
