Since 2023, with Doctolib acquisition of Siilo, a secure messaging app for healthcare professionals with over half a million users in Europe, Doctolib also has offices in Amsterdam. Doctolib and Siilo merged to create Doctolib Siilo, which is now the largest medical network in Europe with 800k users, offering Doctolib a strong potential for internationalization.

-To
-Market Strategy Lead
who will be responsible for (i) understanding the healthcare market in Belgium including Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia, (ii) assessing the launch of Doctolib's full product suite in the market and (iii) supporting Doctolib Internationalization framework through Doctolib Siilo. .

You will work in a small team in charge of analyzing International New Business opportunities, report to the Go
-To
-Market Strategy Manager
based in Amsterdam, and work closely with Doctolib Siilo Sales and Marketing teams. In this role you will have a direct impact on improving the experience of healthcare professionals on a daily basis and facilitating Belgium patients' access to healthcare.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:


- Take an active part in the launch of Doctolib in Belgium by:

    • Developing & constantly refining a thorough macro understanding of the Belgium healthcare market: patients care pathway, healthcare financial flows, ehealth players on the market,  market sizing, trends, legislation, regional associations, decision makers, subsidies…
    • Building a deep understanding of healthcare professionals day to day via interviews, surveys, field trips (tools, ways of working in  a medical practice, pain points, P&L, reimbursement schemes, satisfaction needs…) in various medical clusters (e.g. General Practitioners, Specialists, Dentists, Physiotherapists, Nurses etc.)
    • Identify key players and potential partners
    • Build a gap analysis between healthcare professional needs and Doctolib product suite 
    • Identifying  Go
      -to
      -Market strategies options


- Contribute to grow Doctolib Siilo user base in Belgium to make it an even larger and more active user base.

  • You have a proven knowledge of the healthcare market in Belgium and a strong willingness to work in the industry

  • You are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English (bonus if you also speak French) and are based either in Amsterdam or in Brussels
  • You are not afraid of spending time 'on the field', meeting and building connections with the different actors in the health ecosystem (both healthcare professionals and potential partners)
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial and problem
    -solver mindset
  • You are very analytical and passionate about developing insights, scoping analysis plans and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast
