  -native products foundations: Provide the next technical abilities from our data platform to our Data Science & Product teams to build AI

• Patient Relation Management foundation: Showcase & provide end to end embedded reporting/BI capabilities in our PRM (agenda, teleconsultation) solution for our customers
• Business Performance: enhance data infrastructure & analytics capabilities to empower Doctolibers with data self
  -services, to foster better business decisions & optimize business performance
• Patient services foundations: Prepare the next technical abilities of our data platform (ie data streaming, LLM integration) to support new patient services
• Data Foundation: Reduce our data platform costs & provide visibility to internal data users (data analysts) to foster smarter usage
• Data Infrastructure: Enhance our data infrastructure with better privacy and security tools & capabilities

Your duties in more details

• Lead the strategy and delivery for Doctolib’s data and machine learning (ML) platforms 
• Manage, train, and recruit a high performing collaborative data & ML engineering team of 30+ members, while delivering positive team engagement scores
• Foster a user centric team culture, to deliver best in class experience to internal and external data users
• Partner closely with tech & product leaders to define the strategy, planning, and execution of Doctolib’s complex technology roadmap
• Collaborate and act as a conduit with transversal tech & business teams to evangelize Doctolib’s data platform, while having the gravitas to influence decision making 
• Be a key leader in data architectural decisions and a key stakeholder in Doctolib’s tech and product architectural roadmap
• Translate company's business objectives into data technical decisions and prioritize work to deliver on key project timelines
• Set data standards and exceed security, reliability, performance and scalability requirements that are needed to continue to be the most trusted e
  -health SaaS
• Drive continuous process improvements for managing, documenting, staffing, and reviewing projects and services
• Collaborate with Data Governance team to enable data comprehension & documentation in the company

Who you are

• You have at least 8+ years of software or data engineering experience in data driven organizations
• You have experience scaling and leading a technical organization (20+ members), while implementing best
  -in
  -class methodologies 
• You have strong technical skills, with a track record of building multi product and multi country complex systems
• You have a data driven approach to solution making; while thinking critically and objectively
• You are able to facilitate organizational change, adapt in a scaling environment, and make decisions aligned with business needs
• You are an effective communicator with the ability to translate company goals into team objectives
• An experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a strong plus
• You have a passion for technology and are well
  -versed on the best practices and latest trends
• You recognize yourself in our leadership principles and playbook
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare
• You are fluent in English & French (German, or Italian fluency is a plus)
