The role

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our sales activity in Mexico and promote our Demand-Side Platform to agencies and brands in the Mexican market.

Where and how can you work?

The offer is based at our offices in Mexico.

What will be your impact?

  • Being the Displayce DSP representative in Mexico:

    • Managing a large client portfolio of media agencies (including the Big 6) and trading desks

    • Organising regular meetings with agency account managers, leading plenary sessions and creating a dynamic within each agency to generate a maximum number of briefs.

    • Negotiating platform agreements and managing QBRs

  • Driving uptake of the platform from the media agencies and trading desks and assisting them in creating their media plans:

    • Identifying new opportunities to accelerate business and network.

    • Bringing and maintaining a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP

  • Educating advertisers on the use of programmatic DOOH, including their agencies if necessary

  • Working closely with the Customer Success Managers team to maintain a high level of satisfaction

  • Developing strong industry networks and representing Displayce in-market and at events


Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if:

  • You know the media environment perfectly with several successful experiences in advertising agencies in Mexico.

  • You have a good understanding of programmatic media; knowledge of DOOH would be a plus

  • You have a particular affinity for complex media systems (RTB, DSP, ad exhanges…), but you also want to make them easy to understand

  • You like to find the best solution for your client, your driving force is their satisfaction

  • You know how to work independently, you are rigorous and organised

  • You have self-motivation, want to grow a small business unit within an international support framework

  • You speak and write professional Spanish and are able to conduct meetings in English

  • In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence our development in Mexico by working closely with the Global VP Sales to develop and implement strategies that position us at the forefront of the outdoor advertising industry.

  • Savings fund of 7% of gross monthly salary, capped by law.

  • Employee-Employer IMSS contributions paid 100% by the company

Our hiring process

Our hiring process includes four steps over approximately three weeks:

  • 1. A first Interview with Laure Malergue, our Founder (30 minutes)

  • 2. A second meeting with Fabien Couasnon and Damien Traclet , (30 minutes)

  • 3. A third discussion with Haruyo RODULFO, Sales Director at JCDecaux, (30 minutes)

  • 4. Final Meeting with Jean-Christophe Conti CEO at VIOOH (30 minutes)
