    Join a hot fintech tackling a big issue! Dimpl helps small businesses to get paid on time.

    Each year, late payments are responsible of 25% of bankruptcy for Small Businesses in France!
    To fight this reality, and help the ecosystem to develop and sustain, Dimpl helps SMBs and freelancers to protect against late payments and payment defaults from their clients.

    Accessible via an online platform and also via an API, Dimpl proposes a new service, easy-to-use and on-demand, to protect B2B invoices.

    Our users are paid on invoice due date. If their buyer didn’t pay on due date, Dimpl compensates for 90% of the invoice amount and takes care of sending automatic email reminders to buyers.
    Dimpl also performs collection with high client relationship management standards. The 10% left are given when the invoice is finally paid. And in case of buyer default, our user is insured.

    Descriptif du poste

    We’re on a mission to bring a financial service to help small businesses, and we need you to help building and improve our product.

    Our main challenge is to make invoice insurance easy to use for a small business (small B2B company, freelance…). We want to offer our users a seamless experience, considering we have complexity in terms of legal requirements and regulatory constrains (Identity check, electronic signature, long T&Cs ….), where we try to be creative to simplify and get a great user experience.

    You will be part of the engineering team, reporting directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer. You’ll learn the PO Job on all aspects and assist the CPO in its daily job, improving Dimpl’s product, working on adding new features, from feedback collection, to specification, implementation and communication, working with all teams (Devs, data, operations, sales).

    Key outcomes:

    • Be the main point of contact for Product questions and feedback from other teams. You help investigate issues feedbacked by operational & sales teams, helping them to formulate their needs
    • Work with the CPO on designing new product features, (write functional specifications, test and feedback dev team on it)
    • Communicate internally on new features and own product documentation
    • Help new clients’ tech teams into integrating our API
    • Help to improve internal tools and processes of Ops&Sales team, understanding their processes and suggesting improvements
    • Investigate issues within the product or with 3rd-party APIs (support to Ops & Sales teams).

    Profil recherché


    • You graduated from an engineering school
    • You have 1 to 3 years of experience working on technical project management, IT consulting, or as a product owner in a company that with a technical product.


    • Analytical & Structured : you’re able to investigate and clarify a complex problem and simplify it, you’re clear and concise in your approach
    • Great communication: you get along well with other team members and you don’t hesitate to rely on other people to achieve your goals, adapting your the level of technicality to them
    • Hacker/Autonomous: you’re able to investigate an issue alone, exploring all reasonable ways to solve it (scripts, API calls). You have the credibility of the tech team
    • Will to help: you’re enthusiast on operational task, you love helping clients or team members to solve their problems
    • Strong ownership / Empowerment: you’re a problem solver, you enjoy tackle topics and solve them with a “make it happen” attitude.
    • Ethics / Honesty : Transparent, no fear to tell bad news, “client-first” approach with strong respect for teammates, clients and any other stakeholders

    2. Case study Product (1h visio) with the CPO
    3. Technical interview with Dev team (1h)
    4. Fit interview with CTO and/or CEO (20mn)
