Your tasks :
As a key member of the Revenue team, you will own and scale Sales Operations across three core pillars: Sales Processes, Sales Intelligence, and Sales Incentives. Your mission is to improve productivity, performance, and visibility across the global Sales organization.

Your Profile:
5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a SaaS context
Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot) and reporting platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in sales process optimization and incentive plan design
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and project management skills
Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus)
