Your tasks :
The Head of Solutions Consulting is a strategic leader responsible for building, managing, and scaling the pre-sales function to support revenue growth and deliver solution expertise throughout the sales cycle. This strategic new role will manage a global team and ensure that prospects fully understand the value, capabilities, and competitive advantages of our solution
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the global pre-sales strategy aligned with company goals and sales targets.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
Define and implement best-practice processes, methodologies, and playbooks for use case discovery, demos, POCs, and solution design.
Enable Sales to scale use case and value selling globally
Collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
Sales Support & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end pre-sales engagement, ensuring high-quality solution presentations, solution architectures, and RFP responses.
Work with account executives to qualify opportunities, shape solution positioning, and influence deal strategy.
Guide the team in tailoring demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and value assessments to customer needs.
Serve as an executive-level pre-sales contributor for strategic or high-value deals.
Operational Excellence
Measure and optimize pre-sales performance through KPIs (win rates, POC conversion, demo quality, utilization).
Implement tools and enablement materials to scale the team’s effectiveness.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, product features, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Your profile:
7+ years experience in Solution Consulting, or related roles (SaaS experience preferred)
Strong mindset of solving customer use cases and solving business pain points
Experience in sales process scalability
Excellent communication and project management skills
Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus)
