Descriptif du poste

As a DtC Innovation Venture Director, you will use your skills to:
Demonstrate leadership across all stages of the Digital Native Group business model, including innovation, product development, incubation and commercialization & management.
You will have a direct report with the CEO

Innovation:
Define the business model options and case for new clients
Develop the economic model and business plan for new clients
Assess internal capabilities and capacities to develop a sourcing strategy
Quantify business value and funding models
Define the commercial launch and go-to-market strategy
Create the framing report (an overview and explanation of the project scope, objective and hypothesis) for new initiatives
Collaborate with the E-commerce and Retail leads, as well as clients, to define a minimum viable business build (or product / service)
Align target state outcomes and success criteria to develop a clear understanding of how value will be created
Adopt a lean start-up approach to building a minimum viable business and go-to-market strategy
Identify required partners for regulatory requirements or support needs
Define the investment business case and outline key performance, measurement and reporting frameworks

Commercialization:
Lead the execution of agreed go-to-market plans
Facilitate the build and testing of operational processes, systems and reporting capabilities
Lead the preparation and negotiation of contractual agreements with suppliers, partners and regulatory bodies
Implement a test&learn approach to define whether the service / product is fit for business or not
Monitor and report key business and customer success measures to clients, including regulatory reporting, celebrating successes and balancing opportunities for improvement
Mobilize follow-on release plans with consideration to both the run and change aspects of the venture, balancing value creation with quality of product and service
Foster an environment of innovation and customer centricity, institutionalizing agile innovation practices and a customer insight to action culture

Client Management (all phases)
Be part of the sales process with the CEO
Identify new target and opportunities (clients & partnerships)
Engage directly with the client and new venture business units to identify continual support opportunities for Digital Native Group
Help strike the balance between clients’ needs and business requirements
Ensure all perspectives are appropriately represented

Team Management (all phases)

You will recruit your own team in order to deliver
You will manage your team day to day and performance


Profil recherché

As a Innovation Venture Director, you will need:
Considerable experience with strategy development, business planning and future visioning, as well as quantitative and economic modeling (preferred)
Brand or product development expertise
A master’s degree
Experience in a high-pressure start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams and/or involvement with a top-tier consulting firm
Experience as an entrepreneur is a plus
