Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a UK Operations Manager to join Delicorner and lead our operations in the United Kingdom. Based in London, with regular visits to our HQ in France, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and efficiency of our service.

You will be responsible for supervising our logistics partners, guaranteeing the application of our standards, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. You will also participate in the launch of our own operations in the UK, building the foundations for long-term growth.

This role requires someone with strong operational skills, a deep sense of customer service, and a dual culture France / UK to bridge our international teams and local partners.

Please note: This position will be hired under a UK employment contract.

Your main responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: Organize and supervise the onboarding of new clients to guarantee a smooth and professional experience.

  • Customer satisfaction: Regularly visit client sites to ensure service quality, collect feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Customer relationship: Responsible for building strong relationships with our local clients, ensuring their follow-up and satisfaction.

  • Logistics & partner management: Supervise, train and manage our logistics partners (warehousing, last mile delivery, service providers) to ensure excellence in execution.

  • Assortment & product operations: Collaborate with the purchasing team on local assortment relevance and propose improvements based on client needs and market insights.

  • Process implementation & optimization: Ensure our operational standards are applied, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve processes to deliver best-in-class service.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Act as the UK operational lead, working closely with French HQ teams (Partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Purchasing).

  • Strategic projects: Participate in the setup and launch of Delicorner’s own UK operations, and contribute to building a scalable operating model.

Profil recherché

  • Background: 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally within the food, retail, or services industry.

  • International profile: Strong understanding of both UK and French cultures. Based in the UK with the ability to travel regularly to France.

  • Operational mindset: Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems quickly in a fast-moving environment.

  • Human-driven: You feel just as comfortable talking with our partners and delivery teams as you are with our clients.

  • Customer focus: Strong sense of service quality, with the ability to build trustful relationships with clients.

  • Autonomy and structure: You’re organized, able to manage several responsibilities in parallel, and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

  • Analytical skills: You enjoy working with data to make decisions, spot inconsistencies, and propose improvements.

  • Leadership: Experience managing suppliers or teams.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Even if you don’t tick all the boxes but feel this role is right for you, we love unconventional profiles too, so go ahead and give it a try!
