DataGalaxy’s Customer Experience team manages and develops a fast growing client portfolio (200 clients), builds long-term relationships with decision-makers to maintain and grow DataGalaxy’s presence.

Their objective is to provide the best service across all customer touch points to increase customer satisfaction and success with DataGalaxy. We are striving to become a global leader: DataGalaxy is part of a multi-country strategy (US and Northern Europe). It's an exciting challenge with rapid development opportunities.

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with the below mission and responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives and stakeholders to understand their goals, success metrics, and use cases.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within a dedicated portfolio of accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Create and implement account strategies to support upsell and renewal strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored, innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and forecasting to deal closure
  • Coordinate customers testimonials and success stories to support business development efforts

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in Account Management preferably in a SaaS environment, with a strong client-focused mindset
  • A solid track record of growing accounts and achieving targets
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop long-term client plans
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM)
  • Organized and proactive with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Fluency in both English and French
