Job Description

As part of our accelerated growth in EMEA and the transformation of our organization, we are creating a new role: Technical Product Director. This strategic position brings together Product and Engineering expertise under one leadership to strengthen clarity, consistency, and execution efficiency across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for aligning the product vision, technology decisions, and operational performance of our Tech & Product teams based in France. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to unite teams around a shared ambition.

You will report directly to the CEO and the Chief Product & Technology Officer, acting as a critical link between business, customer, product, and technology initiatives.

Your Role

As Technical Product Director, your mission is to deliver tangible business outcomes by driving alignment between product vision, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Although rooted in product and tech, this role is first and foremost business-impact oriented: everything we build must deliver measurable value for the business. You will lead our France-based Product & Tech teams, with a strong focus on delivery quality, velocity, and direct contribution to revenue growth. At the intersection of technology, product, and business, you will work closely with global teams — including Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Data — to ensure that product and tech efforts directly support our commercial goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Champion a unified product and technology vision aligned with business priorities and revenue objectives in EMEA.

• Translate strategic company goals into actionable product roadmaps and technical execution plans.

• Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure product delivery serves commercial performance (conversion, retention, upsell).

• Lead the execution of the roadmap with high standards on velocity, quality, scalability, and business impact.

• Work with all key stakeholders and functions: Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Design, Ops, Data, Admin…

• Define clear KPIs linking product & tech performance with tangible business results.

• Rally teams around a high-performance culture focused on customer value and measurable outcomes.

• Structure, grow, and lead multidisciplinary teams with high potential.

• Contribute actively to strategic planning, priority setting, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Represent the Product & Tech leadership in executive committees, with partners, and at key industry events.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in senior product or technical leadership roles, with a strong business and results-driven mindset.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional (Tech/Product) teams in Programmatic or AdTech environments.

• Deep knowledge of the French digital and programmatic ecosystem, with strong understanding of local market dynamics and key players.

• Strong analytical skills, sharp business acumen, and a true sense of execution.

• International experience with the ability to collaborate across countries and align with global strategies.

• Skilled at balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.

• Recognized for your ability to structure, unify, make tough decisions, and grow high-performing teams.

• Based in Paris, fluent in French and English (C1+).
