You will join our Paris team to manage our portfolio of clients in EMEA

  • Onboard and train clients on the tool
  • Analyse data to improve customer experience
  • Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and complaints
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships
  • Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth
  • Minimise customer churn
  • Participate in events and forums

Profil recherché

  • Qualified from a Business School with a minimum of 1-year internship experience or apprentice experience as an account manager ideally within the FMCG market
  • Bi-lingual or native English and French: Dutch or other European language is an advantage
  • Autonomous, looking for new challenges and accompanying the exploding e-commerce market is a real motivation for you
  • Excel and Powerpoint hold no secrets for you
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Passion for service and customer satisfaction
  • You are structured and analytical
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in research and analytics companies appreciated but not mandatory
