Job description
🧑🤝🧑ABOUT THE TEAM:
You will be reporting to Elodie Roy (Client Support Operations Director).
You will be joining the Client Service Operations & Quality composed of 5 people. Among them are the Sales Force Functional Administrator and the Cross-Team Engineering Expert.
The main objective of the team is to provide a reliable and trusted CRM adapted to D-EDGE client experience.
Very solution-oriented, we want the D-EDGERS to have the best experience on Salesforce. We are free to explore and find innovations for our users.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Primary responsibilities
Administration Users access and profiles settings Role hierarchy and permissions Layout and pages management Security and data management Report and dashboards management
Development (Design and implementation) Workflows field updates/email alerts Process builders Validation rules Templates HTML Apex Configuration
Communication Support the communication and training material Document the new features and modifications: complete the user guide Support the teams on the tool usage
Preferred experience

Skills and Competencies Good communication verbal and written English professional Organized and methodical
Experience, tools, and specialist knowledge Salesforce platform: process builders, APEX management, VisualForce… Data management Lightning knowledge Lightning Web Components (or Aura components) Visualforce Jira / Gitlab / SFDX Marketing Cloud knowledge Experience Cloud knowledge
