As a senior product designer, you’re responsible for the product design for your dedicated projects. You’re representing the user’s voice, overseeing the user experience from beginning to end.
You will join our Core CRS tribe, whose mission is to give hoteliers a command centre to streamline operations and easily manage their business.
Your responsibility here is to own and drive the design for your projects, working with your teams (Product director, Product managers, Engineers…) within the roadmap framework and ensure a high standard of quality, whether in the discovery or delivery phase:
Discovery:
Exploratory workshops, sprints…
Secondary user research (Collaboration with client-facing teams, data exploration, competitor analysis, existing documentation…)
Primary user research (Surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, observations…)
Delivery:
Design production (Information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes…). For everything related to the user interface, you will be working with Overnight, our Design system.
