We are looking for a Golang seasoned developer who is passionate about building high-quality and high-performance software and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You will be part of a technical team responsible for developing and maintaining CRM solutions based on a Go/NATS/Postgresql/Elasticsearch/k8s stack with some PHP legacy components, contributing to the growth and modernization of our internal systems and customer-oriented applications.
We operate in an Agile environment, and value open communication, continuous improvement, and teamwork. We are looking for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and actively participating in planning and product evolution.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You will participate in the construction and maintenance of our containerized technology stack in Go, as well as in the transition of legacy services from PHP to Go. The ideal candidate not only has strong skills in designing and producing high-quality code, but also in designing resilient and high-performance microservice architectures.
The missions of the Software Engineer are:
Technical Expertise
Participate in the development, as well as in the improvement of critical components of the D-EDGE CRM.
Identify technical risks and bottlenecks and initiate projects to solve them.
Participate in the design of software architecture and technical choices.
Contribute to design and grooming sessions by challenging solutions, proposing alternatives, raising risks and clarifying requirements.
Ensure the proper documentation is written and maintained.
Maintain the right balance between technical innovation and the need for mature solutions.
Innovation & tech community
Contribute and improve the processes and tooling used by the Team to ensure a streamlined, high quality code delivery.
Participate in technical discussions in your field of expertise, propose improvements and experiments.
Continuously deepen your expertise by participating in external events, and share this knowledge with your teammates.
Initiate and evaluate technical experiments and innovation.
Mentor and train your teammates to help them learn and grow.
You report to an Engineering Team Lead
🎒 WHAT YOU’VE GOT :
You have 4+ years of experience in engineering in a SAAS environment in an Agile development team.
Strong experience in Golang
You have a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with your teammates, understand technical requirements, choices, and architectures. In particular, you have a strong knowledge of the technologies and frameworks used by the teams.
Familiarity with Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines (a plus)
Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented mindset
Eager to grow within a dynamic team building next-generation technological solutions
You have the to analyze, understand and design software architectures with security, reliability and performance objectives in mind.
You are a problem solver, with the ability to go deep into details whenever necessary.
You are able to collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, explain your choices, argue and convince.
You are able to mentor and train your teammates, and allow them to improve their technical knowledge and impact.
You speak fluently and write both French and English.
