Act as the primary liaison between Lab technicians, Cure51 team, biobanking department and different lab units to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Update and maintain the Cure51 platform, providing accurate and timely information (Quality check, pathology review, sequencing preparation)

Prepare and track lab-related to-do lists, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Track the clinical samples within the Lab and update the workflow in Cure51 Platform

Collaborate with the computational and translational research teams of Cure51 to align Lab activities with broader research objectives.

Consolidate and share updates at project team meetings

Manage and respond to project-related correspondence, including updating stakeholders on project status and potential issues.

Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows

Manage inventory, orders, and deliveries of lab supplies and consumables

Monitor lab activities and contribute to continuous quality improvement process

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

Previous experience in a laboratory environment or lab operations preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong emphasis on organization and time management.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with team members and reporting on project status.

Experience in creating and implementing processes that increase efficiency in managing project timelines and deliverables.
