Established in South Korea since 1974, Crédit Agricole CIB was the first French bank and one of the pioneering foreign bank to enter the Korean market and open a full-fledged commercial banking Branch. Since then, Crédit Agricole CIB has gained a strong foothold and has become a leading foreign Bank.

Crédit Agricole CIB in South Korea is serving large Korean corporates, financial institutions and the global clients of Crédit Agricole Group. The aim of the Bank is to link Korea to international markets by supporting Korean firms’ overseas expansion and bringing foreign financials products to the local market.

Under Korea Senior Country Officer (SCO) management, the Chief of Staff (COS) is in charge to support the SCO and the Business Lines of the Bank on various commercial, projects, governances and communication aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Business Planning
    • Support CACIB Korea SCO on ad-hoc projects related to business and coverage developments
    • Draft presentation supports regarding the strategy and performance evolution/results of CACIB Korea
    • Monitor and analyse the Korean franchise commercial performance (incl. MNCs)
    • Draft reports and analysis on various topics related to CACIB Korea clients, strategic sectors, other entities/regions developments of interest for the franchise
    • To participate to the Business Reviews / CSP and to coordinate with local teams for the preparation of the materials
    • Support SCO on the coordination with other CA entities in Korea (Amundi & UBAF)
    • Participate to projects related to other CA entities implementation in Korea
  • Communication
    • Contribute with regional and HO stakeholders to the internal and external communication of the entity
    • Coordinate with HK Communication team the organization of clients and investors events
    • Supervise the organization of internal events (seminar, townhalls…)
    • Assist to perform a list of public relations work including developing PR materials, supporting corporate CSR activities and events, developing the pitch to win awards and managing communication channel
  • Budget
    • Contribute to the budget exercise of both CACIB and CASAL Front-Office teams (communication, NBI, expenses,…)
    • Monitoring of the performance and the expenses of all Front-Office teams (by clients, …)
    • Participate to the validation workflow of the expenses related to Front-Office (T/E, Golf,…)
  • Executive committees
    • Help in the preparation and follow-ups of the executive committees CACIB Korea SCO is chairing or participating to (secretary of the Management/Business Committee)
    • Provide some key


To be eligible for a VIE:
  • Be less than 28 years old
  • Be postgraduate of a Master degree
  • Be EU citizen
