Creative Dock is a company builder. They create innovative projects for their clients from the ground up and launch them on the market. Among their “offspring” are more than 50 start-ups, which include Zonky, Mutumutu, Pointa, SingleCase, or HoppyGo.

Besides founding new start-ups, the company focuses on rebuilding processes and customer journeys in big corporations. They currently operate in 10 European countries employing roughly 350 people. The company develops new projects in several business sectors – they specialize in fintech, insurtech, eHealth, p2p sharing, and publishing among other things.

They believe in managing as much work as they can in-house as opposed to excessive outsourcing. Each project has its own team supported by in-house delivery teams (IT, UX, big data, blockchain, innovations, digital marketing, content, branding, and advertising). Thanks to that, they are able to remain in startup mode and execute the steps quickly without time-consuming processes.

They’re not fond of empty words but rather devote their energy to honest work. Their goal is to expand to other European countries, so they can offer their digital projects and scale the products fast across the continent.

Believe us, we’ve been there. The unfriendly, complicated invoice templates. The confusing tax form and the missed deadlines. The bookkeeping mistakes that cost us hours of time to fix - not to mention the stress and sleepless night.

Like most freelance workers, we hated everything to do with tedious administrative work - invoicing, account, and tax reporting. And it got us thinking - why is this still so hard and time-consuming?

And now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

Your focus?

  • Setup, manage and optimize performance (Google - search, display and video, Facebook, Instagram) and acquisition initiatives for Fairo in Romania.
  • Perform in-depth keywords analysis, execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the goals set by the Head of Acquisition.
  • Identify new user acquisition platforms and opportunities and make new campaign suggestions based on the findings.
  • Optimize campaign budgets to minimize the Cost Per Acquisition and efficiently scale to new customers.
  • Manage display and video network placement lists on Google Ads and through other display and native advertising platforms.
  • Support the Head of Acquisition in setting up performance strategies and workflow for the department, together with the Performance Marketing Lead.

Preferred experience

  • Romanian native speaker; working proficiency of English.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in running performance-oriented campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms (dealing with various industries and accounts, across multiple markets).
  • Proficiency in successfully managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals and achieving performance goals.
  • Experience with lead and sales generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience with various bidding/conversion strategies (Enhanced CPC, Target ROAS, Target CPA, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics is a must, knowledge of Firebase and Google Tag Manager a plus.
  • Google Ads/Bing Advertising certification is a plus.
  • Fintech or agency experience is a plus.
