Growth Associate - Apprenticeship

Fondée en 2021, Commune est la première solution au monde de coliving dédiée aux familles monoparentales. Avec Commune, l’objectif est de faciliter la vie de ces familles trop souvent laissées pour compte, en créant une communauté au sein de laquelle tous les parents célibataires et leurs enfants pourront s’épanouir. Commune apporte une solution pragmatique et clef-en-main de logement et de services, qui simplifie l’organisation parentale et répond au mieux aux besoins des enfants.

You will be an all-round active member of the Commune team, working directly with the Community & Partnerships Manager on different topics and projects simultaneously. With the two first residences opening at the end of 2023, we’re speeding things up and are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated, out-of-the-box thinker. Your tasks will include (yet, won’t be limited to) the following:

• Interviews with future candidates & follow-up on the application process

• Assistance in the development of the customer sourcing and selection strategy

• Development of the community-building strategy

• Assistance in the development of the onboarding and offboarding process

• Research, set-up and follow-up of partnerships for both operational & visibility purposes

• Organisation of events

• Fluent in French

• Outspokenness

• Inquisitive and enthusiastic personality

• Fluency in English and French

• Ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships

• Experience in the field of partnerships is a plus
