Deliver an authentic, seamless Cohabs experience from day one to move-in.
🔧 Property Champion
Manage our ticketing system via the Cohabs CRM and app, ensuring maintenance requests are handled swiftly and empathetically.
Work closely with members and property specialists to resolve issues quickly.
Conduct regular site visits to keep standards sky-high.
Collaborate with our development and design teams to ensure new homes reflect local member needs.
Support the smooth onboarding of new properties into our Luxembourg portfolio.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
Fluent in French with a strong level of English (other languages are a plus!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can build rapport with just about anyone.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
A proactive, positive, and adaptable mindset, always ready to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus (but not required).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
