What you’ll be doing

Community Magic

  • Build strong, authentic relationships with our members, being their go-to support across all houses.

  • Create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

  • Plan, budget, and organize regular events that bring people together and strengthen the community spirit.

  • Own CSAT & NPS tracking, reporting, and strategy, always pushing the bar higher.

  • Gather and analyze feedback, working hand-in-hand with internal teams to level up the member experience.

  • Be the living embodiment of Cohabs culture, warm, fun, energetic, and ready to make an impact.

🏡 Sales & Leasing Powerhouse

  • Manage a pipeline of applications from first enquiry to lease signing.

  • Host engaging virtual and in-person tours for prospective members.

  • Confidently handle calls, follow-ups, and messages with potential leads.

  • Smash your KPIs by keeping rooms full and members happy.

  • Deliver an authentic, seamless Cohabs experience from day one to move-in.

🔧 Property Champion

  • Manage our ticketing system via the Cohabs CRM and app, ensuring maintenance requests are handled swiftly and empathetically.

  • Work closely with members and property specialists to resolve issues quickly.

  • Conduct regular site visits to keep standards sky-high.

  • Collaborate with our development and design teams to ensure new homes reflect local member needs.

  • Support the smooth onboarding of new properties into our Luxembourg portfolio.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Fluent in French with a strong level of English (other languages are a plus!).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can build rapport with just about anyone.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.

  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable mindset, always ready to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus (but not required).

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  1. First call with Camille: a quick intro chat to get to know each other.

  2. Interview with Thomas: a deep dive into your skills and experience.

  3. Final interview with Laure: to make sure there’s a perfect fit on both sides.
