ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Delivery Management: Ensure that Operations teams complete deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sales Liaison: Work with Sales teams in each region to anticipate specific needs from an Operations perspective.
• Capacity Planning: Collaborate with the Back Office team to plan capacity.
• IT Coordination: Coordinate any IT-specific needs for delivery.
• RFP/Tender Support: Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams on operational needs for RFPs and tenders.
• Process Improvement: Work with the Process team to enhance delivery processes.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with other departments (Technology, Data, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales, etc.) to ensure all areas are aligned and working toward the same goals.
• Identify Process Improvements: Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
