As part of our ambitious international growth strategy, we are expanding our presence in the UK market and are now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in this expansion.
As a Sales Development Representative – UK Market, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts.
Your main objective will be to generate qualified sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline for the UK market.
You will work closely with the Sales team and management to help structure, grow, and scale our international activity.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and understanding the challenges of your prospects (HR Managers, People Leaders, Decision Makers, Company Directors)
Proactively prospecting new leads through outbound sales activities (mainly cold calling, as well as email and LinkedIn)
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and presenting our solution effectively
Booking qualified meetings for the Sales team
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Working closely with Account Executives and passing on high-quality leads
Sharing market feedback and insights on the UK market (needs, objections, trends)
Gradually developing your sales skills by participating in demos and learning the fundamentals of closing deals
