💪 Team:

In a context of strong international growth and ambitious goals for 2026, Click & Boat is strengthening its digital acquisition team.

The team is managed by Guillaume, Head of Digital Acquisition, and divided in 2 parts: the Paid Social and the SEA.

Reporting to Tania, Paid Acquisition Manager, you will contribute to the development and optimization of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms to attract new customers and generate bookings in our key markets. You will be able to punctually work on Paid social too.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate who has already completed a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in SEA, whether in an agency or on the advertiser side, and who wants to grow in an international, data-driven, and performance-oriented environment.

🚀 Main Responsibilities:

SEA Campaign Management & Optimization – 50%

  • Set up and daily monitoring of Search and Display campaigns on Google Ads & Bing.

  • Writing and optimizing ads based on performance and best practices.

  • Configuring audiences, budgets, bids, and ad extensions.

  • Ensuring proper campaign delivery and adherence to schedules.

Analysis & Reporting – 25%

  • Monitoring key KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS…) and analyzing performance by market (e.g., revenue generated and campaign ROI, identifying client profiles who manage campaigns based on performance).

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing tests.

Monitoring & Innovation – 15%

  • Staying updated on Google Ads and Bing Ads innovations.

  • Suggesting new creative and targeting approaches to improve performance.

  • Participating in discussions with Google / Microsoft teams to discover new levers.

Internal Collaboration – 10%

  • Working closely with Tania and other members of the acquisition team.

  • Regular communication with the creative and data teams to optimize visuals, messaging, and tracking.

  • Contributing to the sharing of SEA best practices within the company.

Profil recherché

  • You are fluent in English (minimum level C1). French is a plus.

  • Master’s level degree (Bac+4/5) in digital marketing, business school, communications, or equivalent.

  • First experience in SEA (internship or apprenticeship), in an agency or on the advertiser side.

  • Good understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and ideally Bing Ads.

  • Analytical mindset, love for numbers, and data-based decision-making.

  • Ability to work in a team in an international environment.
