Join ChooseMyCompany, a fast-growing company dedicated to improving the relationship at work. As an Account Executive for the Benelux market, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, signing both freemium and premium clients, and taking ownership of the entire sales cycle. You will have a real influence on strategic choices as we expand in the region and help build the foundations of our future Benelux office. This position is based in our co-working space in Barcelona.

Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset to help ChooseMyCompany grow across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reach as many prospects as possible, using a multi-channel approach

    • Benefit from our tools, international clients and brand reputation

    • Activate your own networks

    • Ensure ChooseMyCompany is visible across the HR ecosystem (forums, events, conferences…)

  • Sign both Freemium clients (“Get ChooseMyCompany labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid SaaS subscription for labels and analytics)

  • Convert Freemium to Premium through impactful demos of our SaaS

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing

  • Have a real influence on strategic choices as we expand in the region

  • Help build the foundations of our future Benelux office


Profil recherché

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments

  • You have proven sales successes you can proudly present

  • You’re entrepreneurial — you’ve already led a project from scratch and enjoyed building something new

  • You have European nationality or eligibility for a work permit

  • Dutch is your native language, and you are fluent in English ,French is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce…) and SaaS platforms

  • Deep interest in HR, CSR, and employer reputation topics

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and a great team player

  • Fixed annual salary 30 / 33 k + variable 12-15 k

  • Position based in our co-working in Barcelona !
