As a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern at Cartoonbase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting the roll-out of our growth trajectory. Embedded within the Ops Team, you will engage in data-driven analysis, workflow optimization, and overall office organization. You will also provide technical support for our Odoo ERP system, leveraging your Python skills to customize and streamline processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing SME, and contribute to a dynamic, creative work setting.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, including operations support and technical support, as detailed below:

Operations Support:

• Dive into the day-to-day operations, focusing on data-driven insights.

• Assist in analyzing and optimizing project workflows for efficiency.

• Contribute to discussions with analytical perspectives on operational improvements.

• Develop insights to improve overall office organization and efficiency.

• Analyze timesheets, costs, and revenue data to identify areas for improvement.

• Contribute to discussions on enhancing project efficiency and profitability.

Technical Support:

• Assist in the implementation and management of the Odoo ERP system.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Odoo.

• Use Python for customising and enhancing Odoo functionalities.

• Help automate and streamline processes using tech solutions.

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a positive attitude. A basic understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in office software is required. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Python and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
