Our Business Solutions team is looking for an ERP Project Manager (m/f/d) for the German part of Switzerland and Germany.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. We are structured in self-organized, goal-oriented teams. Our motto is “Excellence together.”: we aim to work in synergy with our customers, in a spirit of collaboration and quality.

Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official “Gold” Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as an ERP Project Manager

  • You will participate in the development of responses to calls for tenders.

  • You will be in charge of Odoo projects from the pre-sales phase to the production launch.

  • You follow the design of Odoo projects (customer needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria…).

  • You will manage Odoo projects and participate in the planning and management of the project team.

  • In collaboration with your Team Lead, you coordinate internal resources to deliver projects on time.

  • You anticipate risks and propose solutions to obstacles encountered.

  • You communicate on the progress of projects (quality/costs/deadlines) and ensure reporting.

  • You carry out the invoicing of the projects to our customers and guarantee the profitability.

  • You organize regular retrospectives on the different phases of the projects.

Profil recherché

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Finance or Logistics) or a degree deemed equivalent.

  • You have good practical experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.

  • You have several years of project management experience (3 years or more).

  • You have strong written and oral communication skills, and you are able to federate, animate and structure management discussions.

  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.

  • You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.

The icing on the cake

If you are familiar with these things, it will be a big plus:

  • You have experience with Odoo or other ERP solutions.

  • You have experience with Atlassian suite tools: Jira and Confluence.

  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.

Location: Zurich or Olten with the possibility of working from home part of the time.

Work rate: We are flexible and you choose between 80% and 100%.
