To strengthen our Business Solutions team in Zurich/Olten, we are looking for an ERP Consultant.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official “Gold” Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as a an ERP Consultant

• You will support our customers in the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution in the main areas of Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance or Logistics.

• You will collect, analyze and write the needs of our customers.

• You configure the ERP to best meet these needs.

• You write specifications for specific developments.

• You test the functionalities and present them to our customers.

• You assist, support and train the users.

• You are not afraid to question our customers’ requests in order to offer them the best possible solutions.

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

• Degree in IT, Business, Finance or Logistics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master or equivalent).

• +5 years of experience in ERP consulting, including configuration and deployment.

• +3 years working with Odoo solutions.

• You have gained initial work experience in either finance, accounting, logistics or process optimization.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to lead and structure discussions at all levels, including C-Level.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build trust and deliver value.

• Organized, thorough, and pragmatic, and you know how to prioritize.

• Committed to delivering real business impact while respecting timelines and budgets.

• A true team player — empathetic, collaborative, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

• Valid work permit for Switzerland.

• Fluency in French is a plus.

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.

Location: Zurich or Olten with the possibility of working from home part of the time.

Work rate: We are flexible and you choose between 80% and 100%.
