Descriptif du poste

We are recruiting for a Customer Onboarding Manager - Europe & LATAM.

Once our prospects become customers, you will be responsible for onboarding them for Europe & Latin America and helping to optimise the platform to suit their needs.
Two steps : the pilot phase and the ramp up phase.

BuyCo is in a phase of rapid growth, and we are looking to strengthen the Customer Success team, in order to keep a suitable workload for everyone. And we need someone who speaks Spanish !

You will join a team composed of 4 Onboarders.

You will report directly to Géraud, our VP Customer Sucess.

What you will do on a daily basis :

Core tasks :

  1. Implement BuyCo solution for pilot phase on a functional level. You will set up the solution and accompany the customer.

  2. Training new users and help them to use BuyCo’s platform in a proper way.

  3. Project management : weekly & monthly meetings with customers, until the pilot phase becomes the ramp up phase (full deployment).

“Bonus” tasks :

  1. Improve the daily life of the Onboarding team by improving process, product relationship, customer approach.

  2. Help customers in their system integration, working hand in hand with BuyCo’s Implementation & Integration Specialist.

Your path at BuyCo :

We imagine (ideally) a journey like this one :

- 3 months after your arrival : understanding of your new environment (BuyCo platform and clients). You have had your first (supervised) interactions with customers.

- 6 months after your arrival : you manage customer relationship by yourself. You drive product evolutions by collecting customer needs.

- 1 year after your arrival : you are fully autonomous and help improving the BuyCo platform. Your evolution can be either people management or functional expertise.


Profil recherché

If you recognize yourself in this, you have a great chance of succeeding in the position :

  • You speak English AND Spanish professionally. The working languages will be English and Spanish.
    Besides BuyCo is very proud to have several nationalities in its workforce.

  • You have knowledge in transport / logistics / maritime OR you already worked on a similar position for a SaaS provider.

  • You have interest for technical issues (TMS, integration of ERP and logistic tools).

  • You are a customer-oriented person, you like to help !

  • Compensation : 45k + 10% gross per year for a 5 year experience profile

  • Step 1 : interview with Cyril, Talent Acquisition Manager (30min)

  • Step 2 : interview with Olivia, Team Lead (45min)

  • Step 3 : practical case with Olivia & Géraud, VP Customer Sucess (1h)
