We are looking for a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join our growing Account Management team. As a Senior Account Manager Mid-market, you’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with many of the world’s most exciting global brands. You’ll have a dedicated book of business among our mid-market accounts, and it will be up to you to own the commercial partnership between Botify and those customers.
Build strong relationships with key decision makers within our mid-market accounts, becoming a trusted partner
Know your client organizations inside and out - key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, strategic initiatives
Work closely on a team with our SEO Success Managers and Advantage SEO Consultants to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and confidently run upsell and cross-sell motions (with Sales partnership as needed)
Monitor account health, surface risks proactively, and drive cross-functional alignment to remove blockers
Lead bi-annual to annual Executive Business Reviews and periodic Customer Success Plans
5+ years of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing, commercial role in a fast-paced SaaS or digital marketing environment
Demonstrated success owning renewal cycles and contributing to (or running) expansion opportunities
Strong commercial acumen, including comfort navigating pricing, negotiation dynamics, value drivers, and ROI
Clear, confident communicator capable of leading conversations with managers, directors, and senior stakeholders on the client side
Authentically passionate about helping our customers to grow their businesses and hit their targets
Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy
Highly detail-oriented and able to keep numerous balls in the air at once without skipping a beat; you can project manage and set priorities while managing multiple client relationships
Dependable, honest, and trustworthy in your communication both internally and externally
Ambitious; energized by being part of a high-performing, world class team
$75,000 - $85,000 base salary + 50% bonus
