As UX/UI Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind the Hush experience, from vision to execution.
You will:
Define and elevate the design vision across all user touchpoints, blending beauty, clarity, and emotion.
Partner with the CTPO, developers, and our branding agency to build a seamless and coherent design language.
Rebuild and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and visual harmony.
Rethink the end-to-end user journey (onboarding, messaging, social interactions), crafting experiences that feel intuitive and human.
Lead user research and testing, transforming insights into design improvements.
Work closely with engineers to deliver smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementations (Flutter-based stack).
Contribute to the product roadmap, bringing your UX perspective to strategic discussions and product decisions.
+5 years of experience in UX/UI design in consumer mobile apps.
Deep understanding of user behavior, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, variables, tokens).
Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
Analytical mindset, able to turn data and insights into actionable design decisions.
Motion design, micro-interactions and A/B testing experience.
