As Head of Branding, you own the global brand vision of Hush and bring it to life across every touchpoint.
Brand strategy and identity
Co-lead the creation of the new brand identity with our Branding Studio (positioning, tone, art direction, storytelling).
Define and protect the brand narrative: intimacy, emotions, freedom, without explicit language.
Ensure consistency across product and marketing (app, social, CRM, website, video, editorial).
Build a scalable brand toolkit (tone of voice, visual guidelines, creative principles).
Shape global campaign concepts and creative direction.
US launch and cultural deployment
Build and execute a high-impact US launch strategy: social, influence, press, events.
Adapt Hush’s positioning to American cultural codes, especially for Gen Z women.
Identify and manage cultural partners aligned with the brand (music, fashion, art, tech).
PR, influence and partnerships
Develop PR strategy across women’s, tech, and culture media.
Activate creators, influencers, and artists aligned with Hush’s vision.
Design and lead brand collaborations and experiential moments.
Social media and content leadership
Define US editorial strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
Supervise organic storytelling concepts and creative production.
Maintain a publishing calendar aligned with PR and product milestones.
Track performance and iterate fast (engagement, reach, conversion).
Brand inside the product
Partner with Product and Design to ensure the brand is deeply felt in-app.
Contribute to emotionally powerful features, UX tone, micro-moments, prompts.
Leadership and process
Work closely with the CMO to align brand, marketing, and product.
Define brand KPIs and set up performance tracking.
Manage and brief external freelancers, creators, and partners.
5+ years in brand leadership roles in consumer tech
Strong track record building or reinventing a brand end-to-end.
Ability to turn subtle emotional topics into powerful narrative and visuals.
Experience launching or scaling a brand in the US market.
Deep understanding of Social media, PR, influence, and cultural partnerships.
High-level creative direction across copy, visuals, video, editorial.
Performance mindset with clear KPI ownership.

You know how to speak about intimacy with elegance and emotional intelligence.
You are culturally fluent, curious, and tuned into Gen Z and women’s culture.
