Your mission: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated People & Finance Coordinator to support our internal operations in Italy. This is a versatile role that sits at the intersection of HR administration, finance coordination, and office support.
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR processes, from coordinating salary payments and food tickets to liaising with our Finance team in Paris. You’ll help ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly for our Milan-based team, while also supporting ad hoc recruitment and onboarding tasks when needed.
