The Role
The Growth team is responsible for accelerating Bitstack’s impact by improving activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
In our flat, squad-based structure, product decisions are made collaboratively by PMs, designers, and engineers. As Growth PM, you will work inside a dedicated growth squad focused on unlocking measurable, compounding growth across the product.
Your mission is simple but ambitious: Turn user behaviour into durable growth.
This is not a marketing role. It’s a product role focused on building systems, experiments, and features that drive activation, referrals, retention, and monetization.
What You'll Be Doing
As Growth Product Manager at Bitstack, you will:
Own growth outcomes: work with your squad to define and improve core metrics across activation, referral, retention, and revenue.
Define success upfront: establish clear KPIs and event tracking before building, ensure proper instrumentation, and use data to drive decisions (scale, adjust, or kill).
Identify growth opportunities: analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and cohort retention to uncover high-leverage opportunities.
Design and run experiments: prioritize, ship, and iterate on experiments across onboarding, referrals, lifecycle flows, pricing, and in-product nudges.
Partner closely with designers and engineers: clarify hypotheses, define scope, and remove blockers so experiments ship quickly without compromising quality.
Improve onboarding & activation: reduce friction, optimize time-to-value, and ensure users reach key “aha” moments faster.
Drive referral & viral loops: design mechanisms that encourage users to invite others and amplify organic growth.
Optimize retention & engagement: build features, lifecycle triggers, and habit-forming loops that increase long-term usage.
Support monetization strategy: test pricing, packaging, and revenue-driving features in alignment with business goals.
Continuously measure and iterate: ensure post-launch tracking is systematic, lightweight, and tied to measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
We care more about impact than titles. The ideal candidate:
Has demonstrated excellence in growth or product roles, with a track record of shipping experiments and driving measurable improvements in core metrics.
Thinks in funnels, cohorts, and retention curves.
Has strong product and analytical judgment — you can go from messy data to a clear hypothesis.
Is comfortable defining metrics, working with analytics tools (Amplitude, Metabase, SQL), and reasoning from data.
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments where ownership and accountability matter more than hierarchy.
Can balance experimentation speed with product quality and regulatory constraints.
Communicates clearly and aligns teams around hypotheses and outcomes.
Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer apps is a strong plus.
