We are looking for a Verification Engineer who will work and grow within the R&D  department:

In bioMérieux Italy R&D Dept. the person in charge of this task contribute to R&D activities in developing hardware solutions (Instrument + Embedded Software), he/she performs the activities of Debug, Prototype assembling, Integration and Verification.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR REPONSABILITIES ?

• Participate in feasibility activities for new product development and research studies also in partnership with external research partners
• Guarantee the effective interfacing with the other internal actors and engineering teams globally (hardware/software) to leverage any common scopes and interfaces
• Participate to prototype assembling
• Perform testing activities in the R&D Dept. for Instruments being developed or submitted to feasibility.
• Participate in the debugging phase of new products.
• Perform the Design Verification activities on new products (at instrument level), checking whether the requirements of PRD and/or Technical Specification are met. 

WHO ARE YOU?​​​​​​​

• University degree in scientific domain or, as an alternative, 5 years of experience in Laboratory Equipment testing
• Competence on IVD and Medical product technologies and development
• Ability to work in team locally and in a complex international environment
• Working knowledge of English language. French language welcome
• Proactivity

• Collaborating with: System Engineer, Project Leaders, HW/FW Designer, Verification and compliance team, Purchasing, External Partners (if applicable)
