ENTER THE GAME

As a User Acquisition Executive, you will join the Social & Display/Search team in Bordeaux (France), whose mission is to acquire new players profitably for our applications and websites, and you will be responsible for the acquisition campaigns on the Polish market. 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your missions will include: 

  • Implementing the user acquisition strategy in Poland for our portfolio of apps/websites 
  • Launching and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns on major social networks and display channels 
  • Launching and optimizing Search acquisition campaigns (Apple Search Ads and SEA) 
  • Planning monthly/weekly advertising investments in line with the sports calendar specific to your assigned markets and the performance of your campaigns 
  • Producing reports on key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rate, etc.) 
  • Working closely with our internal Studio to create assets that drive the best performance 
  • Providing ad-hoc analyses and recommendations to optimize performance through data analysis and A/B testing iterations 
  • Collaborating continuously with the local marketing teams in Poland 
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    Position based in Bordeaux.

    This job is made for you if: 

  •  You speak Polish or have a strong affinity with Polish culture 
  • You are passionate about sports
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in app promotion or digital marketing (internships included) 
  • You have experience managing paid mobile campaigns on Facebook 
  • You have already worked on paid Search campaigns (SEA and/or Apple Search Ads)
  • Previous experience (internship included) in gaming or with a sports betting operator is a strong plus 
  • You are a team player but also able to work independently and take initiative 
  • You are organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously 
  • You have strong skills in Excel (pivot tables hold no secrets for you!) and PowerPoint 
  • And finally, you are fluent in English 
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Mathilde within a week for an HR prequalification (15 minutes).
  • We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
  • You will then meet Michael, UA Manager, your future manager, and then, Etienne, Head of User Acquisition.
  • Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together.
  • To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
