ENTER THE GAME 

You will join the Data Product team which sits within the wider data team along with Customer Analytics and Data Science.  


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 

The role of Product Analytics Manager will focus mainly on access to data through analysis and self-service tools. Your responsibilities will be as follows: 

  • Be the owner of the front end data self-service analytics tool such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.  
  • Be the main point of contact for the business in understanding how to use the self service tool. Provide training to business and analytics teams as well as new joiners  
  • Provide support to the commercial and analytics teams in understanding differences in data between different data sources or different visualisations (mainly between front end and back end data sources).  
  • Work with business, analytics and product teams to create valuable insights through front end data. This could be through dashboard delivery, support on how to perform self analysis or delivering analysis yourself.  
  • Introduce processes that help us monitor data quality.  
  • Maintain clear log of events within the self service tool. Work closely with the Data Product Onwer responsible for front end data on data structures and needs.   
  • Ensure specific dashboard requirements were delivered adhering to requests.  
  • Maintain a working relationship with the self service providers. Ensure you are up to date on their new releases and that you regularly train yourself on the tools new development. Log any tool issues.  


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with good communication skills and strong understanding of front end data sourcing and usage. 

  • Experience of working with data structures and front end data 
  • General analytical experience essential, web or product analytics beneficial 
  • Knowledge of the process of building and maintaining business dashboards 
  • Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar 
  • Experience working with technical and business teams. Good communication skills 
  • Ability to use SQL comfortably 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and identify the root of a problem 
  • Fluent in English
