ENTER THE GAME

As Head of Internal Fraud, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

  1. Lead, define and deploy the Internal Fraud roadmap and framework, based on our business risks.
  2. Manage the Internal Fraud team.
  3. Define and support the implementation of action plans and reports.
  4. Promote continuous improvement

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Design, coordinate and deploy internal fraud roadmap.
  • Design and deploy the internal fraud control framework.
  • Design work programs, conduct interviews, and perform control testing.
  • Coordinate and participate in process reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing internal control frameworks.
  • Extract and analyse data to detect weak signals or anomalies.
  • Draft audit reports and present findings to stakeholders, including management.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans developed with audited entities.
  • Contribute to the development of the recurring control plan and risk mapping, as part of a continuous improvement approach.
  • Calculate key fraud-related performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards
  • Support the implementation of action plans in response to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to audit methodologies and practices.
  • Manage and develop the Internal Fraud team.
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Head of Internal Fraud or Internal Control, with fraud subjects.
  • You possess strong strategic and organisational vision, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
  • You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

    If your application is shortlisted, Maxime or Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

    Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director and Amelie – Internal Fraud Controller. Finally, Maxime or Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
