ENTER THE GAME 🎮

Lead the development of the company’s GenAI foundations and shared capabilities, ensuring that all GenAI initiatives translate into scalable, reusable, and production ready assets. You will play a critical role in transforming GenAI efforts into a coherent, industrialized capability layer enabling teams to build faster, safer, and more efficiently. You will operate at the core of the company’s AI transformation, working directly with senior leadership to shape how GenAI scales across the organization.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

You will own and drive cross-functional GenAI initiatives that sit at the intersection of product, tech, and operations. You are responsible for asset delivery and outcomes, coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization.

1. Own the GenAI Foundations Roadmap

Define and prioritize the key capabilities required to scale GenAI, including :

• Evaluation & observability frameworks

• Agent Operations Platform (internal back office product)

• GenAI cost governance (FinOps)

• Shared assets & service catalog

• Industrialization frameworks

• Security & compliance baseline

• GenAI standards & best practices

2. Drive Cross-Functional Delivery

Lead complex initiatives and ensure real delivery across:

• GenAI Tech Team (CoE)

• Platform / Cloud Engineering

• Data Platform

• Security & Compliance

• Product & Engineering teams

3. Build Reusable Assets

Transform initiatives into:

• frameworks, standards, and guidelines

• reusable components and templates

• internal tools and integration kits

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented leader with a strong regulatory background and a hands-on mindset.

• 7–12+ years in :

o Product / Platform roles

o Program leadership

o Tech strategy or consulting

• Experience in :

o AI / GenAI environments

o Cross-functional delivery at scale

o Building internal platforms or shared capabilities

• Skills :

o Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)

o Proven ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end

o Excellent stakeholder management at senior level

o Strong structuring and prioritization skills

o Product mindset applied to internal capabilities
